Ive had a stinging sensation on the left side of my head since i got a absese tooth pulled 4 days ago and even when i dont have the stinging sensation?

Not clear: if you were to say stinging sensation in area where tooth was or the surround area that would be expected but left side of head could be a range of things. if not severe id suggest seeing how it is in a few more days or see you GP.
