It May Not Be: The perception of smell will vary from person to person. What you perceive as obnoxious may not be to someone else. The foods we eat and drink, meds we take, habits we may have as well as state of your dental health and structures of the oral cavity, sinuses, throat may have an effect on what one smells. Also, consider what you may have touched with your hand before smelling the saliva.

Do this: Use dental floss thoroughly three times a day. Run the floss along the surface of your tongue. If you have any tonsilloliths, dislodge them. This will remove the usual causes of bad breath. Best wishes
