Your question?: What are you asking? When you know you have a sinus infection, don't be surprised to feel under par. Headaches are common during sinus infections and stiff or sore necks can be too - certainly after a bad headache. If the pills only attacked the symptoms, you may still need to treat the infection (Dr visit). Take it easy, rest, drink water - massage soreness. Best!
