Doctor can examine: A "cut" means different things to different people. One person's cut may be one-fourth of an inch long, while another person's cut may be four inches long. Likewise, one person's cut may be down to the muscle, while another person's may be only in the skin surface. Headaches and sore throat may be a new cold or strep throat. To see if new symptoms related to the "cut"... one will need an exam.
