I have multiple liver masses with hyper dense margins on ct scan with contrast. is it possible that they are benign?

Possibly.: Benign hemangiomas can have that general appearance, but the exact CT enhancement pattern is specific. Unfortunately there is not enough descriptive info given to determine if that is the case with your CT. Talk to your doc about the results.

Unlikely: Unfortunately Mr Johns, with multiple masses there is a high chance that this is not a benign process I'm afraid. An MRI with liver protocol (MRCP) or 2 phase contrast study may be necessary, as well as a biopsies to determine the etiology. I wish you luck! SA
