I had ct scan for my bladder in the er. i guess they looked all around and found lesions and hyper vascular masses on my liver. could it be nothing?

It is not: nothing, but it is most likely due to hemangiomas, common incidental liver masses that are benign and usually require no treatment. You may need a special tailored CT or MRI for confirmation of the diagnosis.
