What are the chances of a solid mass on my liver being cancerous? are there non-cancerous solid masses?

Some possibilities: There are some non-cancerous liver tumors such as a liver adenoma, focal nodular hyperplasia, or hemangioma. A liver protocol ct scan with IV contrast is a good way to tell these apart. Another possibility is a liver mri.
