Depends: Depends on whether that is truly the case. How was that detected? Was it an ultrasound or CTA, etc? Either way, it's not a very common scenario for a pinched artery in the neck to cause "wooziness". How serious it is, depends on the extent/degree of narrowing and whether there is "collateral" flow
