Nontoxic fumes: I wonder if your ongoing symptoms are psychological. Such fumes are not likely to be at all harmful.

Hope the Kids are OK. Bath booms though generally safe for kids over 3 years old; can be irritating to some people. To feel the 'strong scent' reported, one must have inadvertently inhaled relatively large amounts of it. If symptoms are persisting up to 24hrs one should see PCP or visit Urgent Care/ ER. Meanwhile one should stop the use of those bath bombs and check with the Pediatrician also.
