Probably, for you: It is true that a person develops tolerance with increased alcohol intake: ability to drink more without symptoms. In someone who drinks rarely drinking 2/3 of your yearly total in, perhaps, 24 hours is a huge change for your body to manage. Likely this has challenged your liver and GI tract...gastritis (stomach inflammation) likely. Hopefully you will remember if tempted to drink too much again:)
