Call DDS: You have soreness at the surgical site, a little swelling. Not an emergency situation. Let your dental surgeon re-evaluate.

Call Dentist: Call the General Dentist or Specialist that did your surgery. Call now, if office closed leave message. Post-surgical care is the responsibility of the practitioner that knows you best, the one that did the surgery.
