Ridge: Not sure what you mean by too thick. Bone will fill the socket. I would see my ENT as this does not sound like a problem related to the extraction or the healing process. I have removed many wisdom teeth in my career and too thick bone has never been an issue or caused the symptoms you are having so please see your ENT md for evaluation and let us know how it turns out.
