It surely could be: an irritant reaction. Of course, polyisoprene is considered the option for those folks who are latex sensitive and are not known to be especially irritative. The bump could be a simple hair follicle inflammation/infection or tiny infected pimple! Keep clean and as dry as possibly (moisture promotes bacterial growth). Do warm/hot sits baths or hot compresses;see Doc if persists/worsens/exclude STD
