See answer: It appears you likely have two separate problems: both a UTI (urgency, frequency, burning with urination) and a vaginitis (discharge, redness, itching/burning). Most common causes of vaginitis: yeast, bacterial vaginosis, and trichomonas. I would recommend appropriate antibiotic for UTI bacteria and accurate diagnosis of vaginitis with std screening to determine appropriate vaginitis treatment.

In addition to what Dr. Lewis mentioned about the vaginal discharge, the urine culture report needs to be looked at closely to determine which bacteria is the main cause of your apparent UTI.
