Yes. : That is fine. Hole will stay till bone fills in. That will take weeks. It dry socket ( loosing clot) is an issue you would have pain.

How do you feel?: If you're feeling OK, don't worry. If you hurt, bleed, have bad taste or funky smell, call your Surgeon for post-surgical reevaluation.
