Shorter life and...: Those who do not get adequate sleep live shorter lives, experience fatigue and are at greater risk of obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, stroke, depression, anxiety etc. They also have lowered immunity and greater risk of having accidents.
