Sleep: Your body will adjust it's natural rhythm to the times you are sleeping if they stay consistent. Make sure that you are getting enough natural daylight to help with vitamin d (or take supplements).

Delayed sleep: If you are getting 8 hours of sleep every day, this is what you really need. However, by going to bed at 4am, you are sleeping outside of societal norms. So much so that it's called a delayed sleep phase disorder. It is not that it is unhealthy, it's that you are on a different cycle than most people.
