Yes: I have had patients tell me this, although as you already know, that's not a healthy amout of sleep. Women with insomnia need to address. Is it not falling to sleep or waking and not being able to get back to sleep. Do you exercise cardiovascularly every day for at least 30-40 min? Are you a smoker? Drinker? Coffee drinker? Sleep hygeine is a science and i'm sure you can get more zzzzz's!
