Sleep Apnea: If you have symptoms such as insomnia or excessive sleepiness snoring hypersomnia excessive daytime sleepiness obesity asian race cognitive deficits mood disorders htn etc increase the chance of sleep apnea rule out other causes, could be medical, genetic long sleeper etc.
