A member asked:

Is it normal to be nauseous after having an egd with ablation to stomach lining?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not unusual: After that procedure it is not unusual to have some discomfort, but if your symptoms are severe, persistent, and, if especially, associated with pain, vomiting, weakness or tarry stools, you must notify your gastroenterologist who performed the procedure. He/she will want to examine and evaluate you.
