Depends on a lot: It depends on many things. How much of your 211 is muscle, how hydrated you are. How hare you work (if too hard, you'll burn protein instead of fat). The key is that you'll burn way more than if you didn't do anything. Eat less, stay hydrated (really important) and do you cardio at least 5 days a week. You can do it.
