You didn't and No: 1) Allergic reactions don't cause "pins and needles" or "nerve pain" (whatever that means). They cause rash, itching and swelling. Whatever kind of reaction you had, it wasn't an ALLERGIC reaction. 2) Your symptoms sound nothing like MS. 3) Nobody knows what does cause MS, but "allergic" (or whatever) reactions don't. Whoever discovers the cause of MS will win a Nobel Prize in Medicine.
