Here are some ...: Lichen sclerosus may happen to any part of body surface, but with predilection to glans penis with or without tight long foreskin in men and vulva in women at various age. It appears light colored shinny surface; if involving urethral opening, which may "scar" and narrow, this condition is termed bxo (balanitis xerotica obliterans). More? Ask urologist timely.
