Unless your infant is a premie, 100 ml/feed would not be XS Many infants have reflux, but will feed, spit up, and then be content. Crying and vomiting could be milk allergy, painful reflux, or pyloric stenosis, or infant colick. Some babies do cry a lot and are healthy. Get baby checked to relieve stress
