It sounds like it: could be reflux. Gastroesophageal reflux does present like this. Is he spitting up? Has he been bottle feeding since birth, or were you nursing at all? How long has he been doing this. Is he gaining weight appropriately? You should discuss this with his pediatrician, so he can be examined and the proper diagnosis can be made and treatment, if necessary.
