Get care ASAP: Crying is not a likely cause of cause vomiting, but serious head injury can be. Take her to a doctor or clinic ASAP. If she keeps vomiting or gets very sleepy, e.g. cannot easily be awakened, do not delay -- get here seen immediately, even if it means a night time visit to urgent care or a hospital emergency department.

Hard to say: A kid who falls from their standing height is unlikely to have a concussion or significant head injury. Crying or a single episode of vomiting would be expected. Kids can be kept on their regular sleep schedule & monitored. If the kid continues vomiting, seems disoriented or confused, she should be evaluated by a doc.
