Finding not a diagno: Assuming ur EKG was collected correctly (i.e., the wires & patches were put on correctly), it's not entirely as expected for a person of your age & gender. You have sinus rhythm, but the spikes (R waves) do not progress between the wires as expected, & minor changes in the signals from the front (anterior) & bottom (inferior) part of the heart may be "just you" or signs of (prior?) damage.
