This is often due to lead placement-when the leads are placed on your chest, they can be placed in a slightly different location and this can account for these findings. You should see a cardiologist to be certain that your heart is ok. If there are no symptoms, the EKG can be repeated, an echocardiogram can be done, etc. Good luck to you!
