I have sinuses, a lot of times i have post nasal drip. it causes phlegm or mucus in my throat. can this cause light and occasional wheezing?

Yes, post-nasal drip is a common cause of bronchospasm and bronchospasm can cause wheezing and/or coughing. The post-nasal drip needs to be treated in order to prevent this bronchospasm. It can be treated with saline and/or steroid nasal sprays. See your doctor for this treatment. If this treatment is ineffective, an ENT evaluation may be needed for alternative treatments.
