Had normal mri 3 years ago, but have had headache for 2 weeks with ears ringing, off balance and nausea. scared of brain tumor or aneurysm. could it b?

Check for sinusitis, TMJ, allergies, thyrodi function , diabetes, ESR, ANA, CRP for autoimmune process. Brain tumor / aneurysm is less, less likely f/u /with ENT
