Tinnitus/ off balanc: More likely labyrinthitis http://www.webmd.com/brain/tc/labyrinthitis-topic-overview#2 Would follow up with ENT for treatment possible antibiotic or antivirals (zoster or herpes) could be lyme as well so check. Check for sinusitis, TMJ, allergies, thyrodi function , diabetes, ESR, ANA, CRP for autoimmune process. Brain tumor / aneurysm is less, less likely f/u /with ENT
