Yes: Your doctor can do a blood test for anemia ro determine if it's from low iron. If so, iron supplements are the treatment.

Anemia: Anemia needs to be explained. If your primary doctor can't explain it, then see a specialist. It is still possible you have blood loss in the stomach or intestines, a negative stool test does not disprove that. Also kidney failure and leukemia or lymphoma, and a long list of other problems. More testing is needed.
