Athletic endeavors can cause an increased left ventricle muscle mas and slow resting rate. "Increased" is a relative term and does not necessarily mean abnormal.

Can be normal....: For you young age, voltage criteria are different and therefore it most likely is an incorrect reading if the conventional criteria for older individuals is being applied. Speak with MD who did your ECG for his explanation and difference from 1 year ago. Second why is a young person getting annual ECGs to begin with? Do u have heart problems etc etc.
