Probably, BUT: Most important to know WHY u have LVH. There are a number of causes, HTN being the most common, and this should be treated optimally before working out. Another cause is valve heart disease. If present this should be checked out completely before it is decided that it safe for u to exercise. So, bottom line, see your doc first.
