No booster needed: Booster shots are never needed for hepatitis B, if the original vaccine regimen was completed (3 doses spaced 1-6 months apart). Recently published research confirms that even if no antibody at all is detected, protection against hepatitis B is complete and probably lifelong. No booster is needed. For sure there is no need if any antibody at all is detected. Discuss again with your doctor.
