There is no "normal" limit for antibodies after the vaccine as it depends on the patient, history of previous illnesses as well as time since the 2nd dose of the vaccine.

There is no "typical" range of antibodies, and thus there is no range that anyone can say is protective. This is one reason that testing for antibody levels is NOT recommended after vaccination. It is not terribly useful but it is reassuring to have antibodies at all. We don't know how quickly they disappear.
