More accurate tests: A 1+ protein is common on dipstick. Get a 24 hour urine collection for protein measurement. This is much more accurate and if in the normal range you can relax. The 1+ blood is a little more meaningful but is still borderline. Get a microscopic urinalysis where they actually count the red blood cells. Your doctor's office should be able to order these at the nearest lab. Good luck
