Stone: Neg cysto, no infection and hematuria. Most likely a stone.

See below: Coffee, tea, or cola-colored urine associated with protein (especially if >1-2+) is most consistent with a kidney source of the blood in the urine (hematuria) termed "glomerulonephritis" or "nephritis." may be associated with edema, joint pains, headache, high blood pressure, fever, and other symptoms. Very important to see a nephrologist asap for further blood and urine tests to determine cause.
