Sounds fine: C-reactive protein is a non-specific marker of “inflammation”. Slightly elevated levels in an otherwise healthy 29 year old are meaningless. Also, has almost nothing to do with chest pain. Its usually used to track improvement in a person with severe infection or severe immunologic disease

Suggests an inflammatory process. I would discuss with MD differential diagnosis relative to quality of pain/ other associated symptoms and risk factors.
