Here are some...: Cure is impossible, but just modified to heal and optimize functional recovery. If indeed having epididymitis & antibiotics is effective, epididymitis-related pain & swelling will start to fade in 2-4 days after antibiotics, but the resolving pace for all its related symptoms may linger for weeks & even months. After pain disappearance, scrotal puffiness/swelling may represents water in the sac.
