Any amount: There is no limit. If it tastes good, have as much as you like. The only possible limitation would be for people with lactoce intolerance, in whom dairy foods can cause diarrhea and cramping.

Recommendation : 8 oz (one cup) is good. If you want more you can drink 2 cups. But you have to eat other variety of food. Be rational.
