Tiny skin-colored bumps on palms. not itchy or painful. no rough wartlike texture -they're pretty smooth. possible allergic reaction? i do have eczema

Palm bumps: These lesions aren't consistent with eczema because of lack of itching, discoloration and some peeling or weeping. These may be fibrous papules which are usually not symptomatic and don't change. A dermatologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you.
