Irritated my face w wipes and cleanser. now i have itchy bumps all around eyes and face. skin coloured little itchy bumps. history of eczema.

Contact dermatitis: likely from the cleanser and/or facial wipes. You will need to get a doctor to prescribe you some steroid cream to help treat the hypersensitivity reaction. Or a steroid pill or injection if it gets worse on the face especially around the eyes. Try not to use that cleanser or wipe again. And if you have history of eczema, you will need to be very careful of trying anything new in the future.
