Dyshidrotic eczema: is the most common cause of this symptom characterized, as you describe, by irritation/inflammation resulting in small pin-head sized blisters which coalesce and lead to peeling and itching. Associated factors include stress, swings in temperature, hands in water or chemicals. Keep moisturized, regulate stress, wear gloves. May need prescription steroid cream from PCP or Dermatologist. Stay well:)
