Inoticed 2 days ago i have very tiny "tapioca" type bumps on the palm of my left hand. they don't itch or hurt... just curious if it might be a warts?

Doubt it's warts: Sounds like a form of eczema. They might break open and peel. They might itch later. Really hard to say without seeing. Should be evaluated if does not improve or gets worse.

Possibly: Though it's hard to say without seeing the bumps. One thing to look for are red or black spots in the bumps. Often warts have thrombosed capillaries, or blood vessels, that look like this. Hope this helps.
