True warts are rare on the palms. Assuming you are sexually active, syphilis is a real concern for rash involving the palms or the soles of the feet. See a doctor ASAP. For guaranteed quality care, your nearest NHS GUM clinic would be an excellent choice -- but see someone soon and have a syphilis blood test. Good luck.
