Numb = nerve: Pes planus, or flat feet, can be normal in some people & cause no problems. In others, it can cause issues. Numbness is not commonly linked to pes planus, but think nerve such as Morton's neuroma or referred nerve symptoms to the foot from the tarsal tunnel, lower leg or low back.
