Follow up visit: If you are experiencing cramping and bleeding beyond your normal pattern then considering scheduling follow up for an evaluation. You can clarify with your doctor what was meant by a thick endometrial lining. Your doctor can determine if further testing such as an endometrial biopsy is warranted.
