I am having bleeding and horrible cramps with arousal, randomly throughout the night, and sometimes after i eat. the bleeding only lasts for 30min to 2 hours. i have been diagnosed with endo which was taken care of, and have normal hsg, tvus, & pap?

Dysmenorrhea ?'s: Pain and bleeding at irregular intervals should be evaluated by your gyn physician. If what is described is part of your regular menstrual events, this may also be caused by invasion of the uterine muscle by endometrial tissue, called adenomyosis. If the bleeding is occurring randomly, it has other potential causes, such as ectopic pregnancy.
