Dysmenorrhea ?'s: Pain and bleeding at irregular intervals should be evaluated by your gyn physician. If what is described is part of your regular menstrual events, this may also be caused by invasion of the uterine muscle by endometrial tissue, called adenomyosis. If the bleeding is occurring randomly, it has other potential causes, such as ectopic pregnancy.
