Rinse rinse rinse: your mouth with warm salt water (1 tsp to a quart) and spit it out between your teeth with them closed. Don't eat or drink anything acidic or spicy and don't ever use both peroxide and baking soda again together. If you have an infection in your gums, you will need antibiotics. Any clinic can prescribe for you, no dental insurance needed for this. Good luck!

No insurance needed: Even if you had insurance, no treatment necessary. The tissues will heal on their own in a few days. Avoid spicy or acidic foods, brush your teeth gently, and don't overuse chemicals that can irritate your sensitive oral mucosa.
