Disclaimer

Constipation and occasional pressure in lower left abdomen for 9 days. Comes & goes. Switched BC last week. Related? No pain. Should I see gyno? PCP?

Constipation: Left lower abdominal pain is commonly caused by constipation. Since you are currently constipated then start there. Use over the counter Miralax (polyethylene glycol) to help you have bowel movements. If this does not relieve the pain then consider seeing a doctor to begin the work up of pelvic pain.
